Wellbeing Activities and Information To Support Our Families

This attached was inspired by our awareness that some of you may be looking for direction to
keep your children feeling safe during this ever changing situation.
Sharon, our School Counselor, composed the letter and it covers some aspects of what you may
experience in the next couple of weeks. She has provided many different strategies and available
links for further resources and advice. We also hope that it will help you with your own wellbeing.
We are mindful that there will be some of our students that may need  support in dealing with
their feelings and reactions to this situation when the school holidays are over.  Sharon will be
available to help our students  in Term 2 whether it is online or face to face.

Physical Education at Home

Here are some ideas to help keep active throughout these extended holidays. It’s extremely
important, with your after school activities cancelled that you still get outside and remain
active. Please try to get outside in the fresh air each day and feel free to use some of these
activity options to stay active. Aim for 60 minutes each day. This can be done in smaller time
frames over your day if you like!

          Enjoy your holidays!
